At Geicorob LLC, we take pride in the quality of our repair services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.


  1. Service Refunds

Because we offer personalized repair services, we do not generally offer refunds once a repair has been completed. However, we will address issues on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

You may be eligible for a refund if:

The repair was not completed as promised

The device remains non-functional for the same issue within 7 days of service and we are unable to resolve it

You cancel your service request before any diagnostic or repair work begins


  1. Non-Refundable Items & Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

Completed services where the issue has been resolved

Diagnostic fees (if applicable and the repair is declined afterward)

Issues unrelated to the original repair

Third-party or special-order parts once installed

Accidental damage occurring after pickup


  1. Warranty Repairs

All qualifying repairs come with a 90-day limited warranty. If your device experiences the same issue within this period, we will re-evaluate and repair it at no additional cost. If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial refund may be offered.


  1. Returns on Products or Accessories (If Applicable)

If you purchased accessories, chargers, or devices through Geicorob LLC:

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund

Opened or used items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable
